If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The more notice, the better!
• Cancellations for appointments paid by card will incur a 5% transaction fee deducted from the refund.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
To ensure your reservation, we require an active card on file.
