Spa Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved exclusively for you, and we greatly value your business. To ensure we provide the best service, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The more notice, the better!
• Cancellations for appointments paid by card will incur a 5% transaction fee deducted from the refund.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
To ensure your reservation, we require an active card on file.
